S.O. 3094(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 G of the Industries (Development
and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in
the Newsprint Control Order, 2004, issued vide S.O. 1105(E), dated the 11th October, 2004, namely:-
In para 4 of the Schedule, at serial No. 11, for existing entry, “M/s. Servalakashmi Paper & Boards,
Dindigual Anna, Tamil Nadu,” the following entry shall be substituted:-
“M/s. Danalakshmi Paper Mills Private Limited, Dindigual, Tamil Nadu.”
