S.O. 579 (E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 475(E), dated the 24th February, 2010 published
in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 24th February, 2010, namely:—
In the Schedule to the said notification, against serial number 3 relating to District “Aurangabad”, in column (2)
for the entry District Land Acquisition Officer, Aurangbaad” The entry Deputy Collector “Land Reform, Aurangabad”
shall be substituted.
