NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2014
S.O. 3320(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of
1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India,
in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways)
number S.O. 760(E), dated the 18th March, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii), namely:—
In the said notification, under the SCHEDULE
