The Central Govt. hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas number S.O. 3349 dated the 2nd December, 2009.

Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 ( 50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes
the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas
number S.O. 3349 dated the 2nd December, 2009, published on the page 8000, in Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of
the Gazette of India, dated the 12th December, 2009, namely :—
On the page 8000, for “Tehsil-Balianta, District-Khurda, State-Odisha” in respect of village “Jhintisasan”, read
area for “Plot No. 2520” as Hectare 00 Are 01 Sq. mtr. 20 instead of Hectare 00 Are 00 Sq. mtr 70.
The other contents of the notification remain unaltered.
