The Central Govt, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1567(E) dated the 20th June, 2014.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th December, 2014
S.O. 3095(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number
S.O. 1567(E) dated the 20th June, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraoridnary, Part-II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii), dated the 20th June. 2014, namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification, against serial number 1 related to District “Mau”, in column
(7) after entry “(3) Odahara” one additional village be added namely “Paniyara” having serial number 3a.
Against serial number 2 related to District “Gorakhpur”, column (5), serial number (4) related to Taluk
“Basgon”, in column (7) after entry “(146) Mishrauli”, two villages namely, ” Sukrauli” & “ Jagdishpur”,
having serial number (147) & (148) respectively may be removed from Taluk “Basgaon” and inserted against
column number (5), serial number (5) related to Taluk “Gola” before the village “ Ramkola” having serial
number (150) and be numbered as S. No. 148 & 149. The village Majuri Khas be renumbered as serial
number 147.
