The fee shall be collected at the following location of Toll Plaza for the length specified: Location of Toll Plaza Length (in km) for which Fee payable Km 42.00 of National Highway No.—6 For 80.90 Kms length of the section and for 7.30 Kms of Baragarh bypass, the estimated cost of which is rupees 74.00 Crores. Shall be substituted as:- 4. The fee shall be collected at the following location of Toll Plaza for the length specified : Location of Toll Plaza Length (in km) for which Fee payable Km 41.00 of National Highway No.—6 For 80.90 Kms length of the section and for 7.30 Kms of Baragarh bypass, the estimated cost of which is rupees 74.00 Crores. In the said notification, existing para 5:- 5. Exemption from payment of fee, rates of fee for overloaded vehicles, discounts in rates etc. shall be in accordance with the said rules. Shall be substituted as:- 5. Exemption from payment of fee, rates of fee for overloaded vehicles, discounts in rates etc. shall be in accordance with the said rules and its amendment vide G.S.R.778(E) dated 16.12.2013 for the clause regarding overloaded vehicles.
