The Central Govt. hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 2982(E), dated the 22nd December, 2012.
This notification, S.O. 581(E), issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, on February 20, 2015, amends notification S.O. 2982(E) dated December 22, 2012, pertaining to the National Highways Act, 1956. The amendment substitutes "Additional District Magistrate, Rourkela" with "Additional District Magistrate, Sundargarh" in the preamble of the original notification. The principal notification, S.O. S.O. 581(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48
of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India
in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 2982(E), dated the 22nd December, 2012, published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 22nd December, 2012, namely:—
In the Preamble to the said Notification,—
(a) For the entry “Additional District Magistrate, Rourkela”, the entry “Additional District Magistrate, Sundargarh”
shall be substituted.
