S.O. 2515(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India
in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways), number
S.O. 1466(E), dated the 29th August, 2007 and subsequently amended vide S.O. 2807 (E), dated 3rd November, 2009 and
further amended vide S.O. 139 (E), dated 20th January, 2010, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part- II, Section
3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 29th August, 2007, 3rd November, 2009 and 20th January, 2010, namely:—
In the column 3 of the Table in the amended notification S.O.139 (E), dated 20th January, 2010, for the words,
"Special Land Acquisition Officer, Muzaffarnagar and Saharanpur", the words "Sub-District Magistrate HQ-I, Muzaffarnagar"
shall be substituted.
