The Central Govt. hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, number S.O. 1769(E), dated the 20th July, 2009.
This notification, S.O. 1856(E), issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, and published in the Gazette of India on July 17, 2014, enacts an amendment to notification S.O. 1769(E) dated July 20, 2009, concerning Regional Rural Banks. The amendment, made in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1 of Section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976, substitutes "with its head office at Aurangabad" for "with its head office at Nanded" in para 1 of the original notification. S.O. 1856E).–In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Regional Rural
Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, number
S.O. 1769(E), dated the 20th July, 2009 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii), dated the 20th July, 2009.
In the said notification, after the opening paragraphs, in para 1, for the words ‘with its head office at
“Nanded” the words ‘with its head office at Aurangabad’ shall be substituted.
