NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2014
S.O. 3321(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008
published vide G.S.R. 838 (E) dated 05.12.2008, the Central Government, vide notification S.O. 2776 (E) dated
28.10.2014, authorized M/s Transstroy Tirupati- Tiruthani – Chennai Tollways Private Limited to collect and retain the
fee for the development of Tirupati - Tiruthani -Chennai section from km. 274.800 to km 341.600 (design chainage km
274.800 to km 338.030) on National Highway No. 205 in the State of Andhra Pradesh and km. 0.000 to km 59.600
(design chainage km 0.000 to km 61.470) on National Highway No. 205 in the State of Tamil Nadu to two/four lane
divided carriageway with paved shoulders and operation and maintenance of the said section on Design, Build, Finance,
Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis.
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read
with the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules 2008, the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendment in the notification published vide S.O. 2776 (E) dated 28.10.2014.
The para 2 of notes shall be substituted as follows:
“2. In addition to above, the following fee shall also be due and payable for the case of the following 1 (one)
bypass, cost of which is specified hereunder, at the following Toll Plaza, at the base rates mentioned in Table-2 above:
