The Central Govt. hereby makes the following amendments in Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs notification number G.S.R. 15 (E), dated the 9th January, 2007.

* The jurisdiction now includes the districts of Coimbatore, Tirupur, Niligiris, Erode, Salem, Namakkal and Karur of Tamil Nadu.
Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 1 Jurisdiction:
* The jurisdiction now includes the City Area of A Ward as defined by Mumbai Municipal Corporation except Colaba.
Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 2 Jurisdiction:
* The jurisdiction now includes Nariman point in A Ward as defined by Mumbai Municipal Corporation excluding the suburban and extended suburban area of Greater Bombay, Colaba and District of Nashik.
Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3 Jurisdiction:
* The jurisdiction now includes the Area of H Ward to T Ward as defined by Mumbai Municipal Corporation, and other areas of Mumbai not covered by Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 1 and Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 2, District of Thane and State of Goa.
Debts Recovery Tribunal, Pune Jurisdiction:
* The jurisdiction now includes Pune, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Solapur, Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg Districts in Maharashtra State and other Districts of Maharashtra not included in Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 1, Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 2, Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad and Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur.
Kolkata Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 1 Jurisdiction:

Kolkata Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 2 Jurisdiction:
* The jurisdiction now includes All Districts of West Bengal except Kolkata City, Districts of Howrah, Hooghly, North and South 24 Paraganas and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Kolkata Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3 Jurisdiction:
* The jurisdiction now includes Kolkata city covering the areas of the following police stations: Shyampukur, Jorabagan, Burtolla, Burrabazar, Posta, Jorasanko, Amherst Street and area of any other Police Station which may be created in future in Kolkata City and Districts of North and South 24 Paraganas of West Bengal.

amendments in Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs notification number G.S.R.
15 (E), dated the 9th January, 2007, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Table, in third column, under column heading “Area of Jurisdiction”, —
(i) against serial number 1 relating to Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, for the entries, the following
entries shall substitute, namely:—

following entries shall substitute, namely:—
“All Districts of West Bengal (except Kolkata City, Districts of Howrah, Hooghly, North and South 24
Paraganas) and Andaman and Nicobar Islands”;
(iii) against serial number 3 relating to Kolkata Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3, for the entries, the
following entries shall substitute, namely:—
“Kolkata city covering the areas of the following police stations: -Shyampukur, Jorabagan, Burtolla,
Burrabazar, Posta, Jorasanko, Amherst Street and area of any other Police Station which may be
created in future in Kolkata City and Districts of North and South 24 Paraganas of West Bengal”.
