The Central Govt., hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govt., of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, S.O. 938(E), dated 03.04.2013, published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), of the Gazette of India.
This notification, S.O. 1869(E), issued by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on July 8, 2015, announces amendments to notification S.O. 938(E) dated April 3, 2013, concerning the acquisition of the right of user in land for petroleum and minerals pipelines under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
