The Central Govt., hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govt., of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, S.O. 940(E) dated 3.04.2013 and S.O. 2171(E), dated 15.07.2013, published in Part II, Section 3, sub section (ii), of the Gazette of India, namely.
This notification, numbered S.O. 1868(E) and dated July 8, 2015, issued by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, enacts amendments to prior notifications S.O. 940(E) dated April 3, 2013, and S.O. 2171(E) dated July 15, 2013, concerning the acquisition of the right of user for petroleum and mineral pipelines under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962). The amendments pertain to Tehsil Rohat, specifically regarding village Dudiya. Survey number 60, the area "00020" is replaced with "NIL" in column 4. In survey number 54, the area "00168" is replaced with "NIL" in column 4. The notification is issued under the authority granted by subsection 1 of Section 6 of the aforementioned Act. S.O. 1868(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 6 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby

makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas, S.O. 940(E) dated 3.04.2013 and S.O. 2171(E), dated 15.07.2013, published in Part II, Section 3,
sub-section (ii), of the Gazette of India, namely :—
In Schedule to the said notification of Tehsil Rohat:-
(A) against village “Dudiya” , in column 2,
(i) In survey no. “60”, in column 3, for the areas “0-0020”, in column 4, the area “NIL” shall be substituted.
In survey no. “54”, in column 3, for the areas “0-0168”, in column 4, the area “NIL” shall be substituted.
