notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (Department of
Road Transport and Highways) number S.O. 2575(E), dated the 31st October, 2008, published in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 31st October, 2008, namely :—
