NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th April, 2015
S.O. 1104(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956
(48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O.1573(E), dated 19th June, 2014, published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 19th June, 2014 and subsequently amended
vide S.O 781(E), dated 17th March, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extra Ordinary, Part-II, Section 3,
Sub-Section (ii) dated 17.03.2015.
In the Schedule to the said Notification
(a) Against serial No. 01, relating to District “SPS Nellore” and Police Station “Varikuntapadu” in the 5th and
6th columns after the entry “1. Varikuntapadu and Varikuntapadu , the entry “2. Duttalur” and “Duttalur”
shall be inserted respectively. After that relating to Police Station “Duttalur”, in the 7th column, the
following entries viz. (1) Teddupadu, (2) Nararwada, (3) Mandalanaidupalli, (4) Duttalur,
(5) Chintalagunta, (6) Papampalli, (7) Nandipadu shall be inserted.
(b) Against serial No. 2 relating to District “SPS Nellore” in the 5th column the entry (3) Duttalur and its
corresponding entries in the column 6 and column 7 shall be deleted.
