The Central Govt. hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2582(E) dated 1st October, 2014.
This notification, S.O. 1364(E), issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on May 21, 2015, announces amendments to notification S.O. 2582(E) dated October 1, 2014. The amendments, made in exercise of powers conferred by Section 3(a) of the National Highways Act, 1956, concern land acquisition details related to National Highway projects in the S.P.S. Nellore district. Specifically, the schedule to notification S.O. 2582(E) is amended to insert additional locations: for Serial No. 01 (Sangam Police Station), "Gandhi Janasangam", "Siddipuram", and "Vengareddy Palem" are inserted after "Janda Dibba"; and for Serial No. 02 (Buchi Police Station), "Vavveru" is inserted after "Dhamaramadugu". S.O. 1364(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956
(48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2582(E) dated 1st October, 2014, published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 1st October, 2014.
In the Schedule to the said Notification
(a) against Serial No. 01 relating to district “S.P.S. Nellore” and Police Station “Sangam” in the 7th column after
entry “(12) Janda Dibba” the following entry “(13) Gandhi Janasangam (14) Siddipuram (15) Vengareddy
Palem” shall be inserted.
(b) against Serial No. 02 relating to district “S.P.S. Nellore” and Police Station “Buchi” in the 7th column after
