The Central Govt. hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Food Corporation Rules, 1965, These rules may be called the Food Corporations (Amendment) Rules, 2015.

New Delhi, the 5th June, 2015
G.S.R. 469(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by section 44 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964
(37 of 1964), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Food
Corporation Rules, 1965, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Food Corporations (Amendment) Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Food Corporations Rules, 1965
(a) for the figures and words, “18. Annual Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet:-” the figures
and words “19. Annual statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet:-” shall be substituted;
(b) in Form `A` Form `B` and Form `C` for the brackets, words and figures “(See Rule 18)”, the
brackets, words and figures “(See rule 19)”, shall respectively, be substituted.

Note:-The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 117(E), dated the 13th January, 1965 and was subsequently amended by

6th April, 2011.
