The Central Govt. hereby notifies the names of the following as members on the Central Consumer Protection Council and for that purpose amends the notification of the Govt. of India, in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, number G.S.R 929(E) dated 31st December, 2014.
This notification, S.O. 1318(E), issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Consumer Affairs, and dated May 12, 2015, amends a previous notification G.S.R. 929(E) dated December 31, 2014, regarding the Central Consumer Protection Council. The amendment, made in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1 of Section 4 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (68 of 1986) and subrule 1 of rule 3 of the Consumer Protection Rules, 1987, substitutes the following members of Parliament on the Council: Shri Paresh Rawal, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha and Shri Mansukh L. Mandaviya, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha. The notification was issued under F. No. 21/2010-CPU and signed by Manoj Parida, Joint Secretary.

In the said Notification, under the heading (C) Members of Parliament under clause (d) of
sub-rule (1) of rule 3, for serial numbers 14 to 15 and the entries relating thereto, following shall be
