No. 25035/62/2012-RS.— The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide its order dated 22nd April, 2014 in the
matter of Writ Petition (Civil) No. 295 of 2012, S. Rajaseekaran Vs. Union of India and Others, inter-alia, constituted a
Committee to undertake the process of monitoring on behalf of the court, and directed the Central Government to
notify the composition of the committee forthwith. Accordingly, the Central Government hereby notify the composition
of the Committee as stipulated by the Hon’ble Court, as follows:—
