S.O. 1399(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and
sub-section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide
Gazette notification No. S.O. 3276(E), dated 29.10.2013, had accorded approval to M/s Nabros
Transport (Pvt.) Ltd., Baroda for side by side coupling of hydraulic axles for transportation of

maximum period of six months from the date of publishing in the Gazette”, the words, “valid for a
maximum period of one year from the date of publishing in the Gazette” shall be substituted.
