restore and allot the same to M/s. Madurantakam Co-operative Sugar Mills Limited, Padalam,
Kancheepuram District.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub clause (1) (a) of clause 6 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966,
and the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, Department of Food GSR 267 (E)
ESS/COM/Sugarcane, dated 4-6-1977 published in a separate page in Part II Section 3 Sub-section I of Government
of India Extra-ordinary dated 4-6-1977 read with the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.1192, Agriculture Department
dated 27-6-1977, the Commissioner of Sugar and Cane Commissioner hereby withdraw the 5 firkas of Uthiramerur
Taluk, Kancheepuram district namely viz., 1. Kaliampoondi 2. Kunnavakkam 3. Thiruppulivanam 4. Uthiramerur and
5. Arumbuliyur from M/s.Padmaadevi Sugars Limited, to restore and allot the same to M/s. Madurantakam Co-operative
Sugar Mills Limited, Padalam, Kanchipuram District.
The Madurantakam Co-operative Sugar Mills Ltd., Padalam is requested to take immediate steps to ensure that
sufficient cane is developed within the reserved area.
Withdraw the cane Areas allotted under Zone-III from S.V. Sugar Mills Ltd., Palayaseevaram (Presently
M/s. Padmaadevi Sugars) and restore back it to M/s. Madurantakam Co-operative Sugar Mills Ltd., Padalam.

Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No.1/RMD/99 (Under Liquidation) in the final closure proposals dated 03-05-2017 and
in exercise of the powers delegated under Section 140(1) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the registration
of the Annai Anjugam Auto Drivers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No.1/RMD/99 (Under Liquidation) has been
ordered to be cancelled and the affairs have been finally closed with effect from 23-05-2017 vide the Proceedings
No. LF.1090/ICA/2003 dated 23-05-2017 of Additional Chief Secretary/ Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries

1. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No.94
Housing and Urban Development, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No.27, part - II, Section-2, Page No. 228 dated: 15-07-2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Saltpan, Brickkiln Yard into Public and Semi Public Use Zone ordered in
G.O [2D] No.23 Housing and Urban Development [UD 4(1)] Department, dated.01-03-2017 the following variation are
made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the
G.O.Ms.No.153 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 20-06-2013, Notification No.28, at page No.481 of part-II, Section 2 of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.
VARIATION
In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram
Local Planning Area under heading in 40 Sirusheri Village (Page No.106) the following entries should be made

In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O.Ms.No.419, Housing and Urban
Development Department dated 1st June 1984 Under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971, the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation
under sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of
1972) to the Binny Mill Area D.D.P. approved in G.O.Ms.No.1623 Housing and Urban Development Department
dated:29.12.1980 and published as Notification in Part-II, Section -2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
VARIATION
In the said D.D.P. in Clause 2, 3 (x) and 12(d) after expression Map No.4, D.D.P No.N-5/78, the expression and
Map P.P.D./ D.D.P (V) No. 6/2017 shall be added.
In form 6 :
In Column No. (1) under the heading “SPECIAL & HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL” and under the sub-heading “Block
No. 36” the S.No. 2279/2 shall be deleted and in Column No. (3) under the heading “SPECIAL & HAZARDOUS
INDUSTRIAL” and under the sub-heading “Block No. 36” the extent of “0.33.97 Hectare” shall be deleted.
In Column No. (1) under the heading “OPEN SPACE & RECREATIONAL” and under the sub-heading “Block
No. 42”, the S.No. 2803 part shall be deleted in column No.(3), under the heading “OPEN SPACE & RECREATIONAL”
and under the sub- heading “Block No. 42”, in S.No.2803 part an extent of “0.33.01 Hectare” shall be deducted from
the total extent.
In Column No. (1) under the heading “SPECIAL & HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL” and under the sub-heading “Block
No. 10” the S.Nos. 204/1 to 3 shall be deleted and in Column No. (3) under the heading “SPECIAL & HAZARDOUS
INDUSTRIAL” and under the sub-heading “Block No. 10”, an extent of “2.18.765 Hectare” shall be deleted from the
total extent.
In Column No. (1) under the heading “PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL” and under the sub-heading “Block No. 10”, the
S.No. 205 shall be deleted and in Column No. (3) under the heading “PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL” and under the
sub-heading “Block No. 10” an extent of “2.51.90 Hectare” shall be deleted from the total extent.
In Column No. (1) under the heading “SPECIAL & HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL” and under the sub-heading “Block
No. 11”, the S.No. 218/1part shall be deleted and in column No.(3) under the heading “SPECIAL & HAZARDOUS
INDUSTRIAL” and under the sub-heading “Block No. 11” an extent of “2.15.25 Hectare” (approximately) shall be
deleted, from the total extent.
In Column No. (1) under the heading “SPECIAL & HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL”, and under the sub-heading “Block
No. 11” the S.Nos. 218/2, 219/1 to 6 and 220/2 pt. shall be deleted and in Column No. (3) under the heading
“SPECIAL & HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL” and under the sub-heading “Block No. 11” an extent of “6.15.64 Hectare”
shall be deleted from the total extent.
In Column No. (1) under the heading “SPECIAL & HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL”, and under the sub-heading
“Block No. 12” the S.No. 222/1part & 2 part, shall be deleted and in Column No. (3) under the heading
“SPECIAL & HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL” and under the sub-heading “Block No. 12” an extent of “11.16.46 Hectare”
