In June 2025, States/UTs received 70,768 public grievance (PG) cases and redressed 63,135. The total pendency of grievances on the CPGRAMS portal across States/UTs stood at 205,465. The Feedback Call Centre collected 68,132 feedbacks, with 28,892 from States/UTs. There were 58,502 new users registered on CPGRAMS, with Uttar Pradesh accounting for the highest number of registrations (9,589). 5,880 grievances were registered through Common Service Centres (CSCs), which are integrated with CPGRAMS and available at over 5 lakh locations.
Uttar Pradesh received the maximum number of grievances (28,497) in June 2025. 23 States/UTs had more than 1,000 pending grievances as of June 30, 2025. Uttar Pradesh (25,870) and Gujarat (3,986) disposed of the maximum number of grievances.
Between FY 2022-23 and FY 2025-26, 874 training courses were conducted under the Sevottam Scheme, training 29,250 officers.

Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) 35 monthly report for States/UTs for June, 2025.
The said report provides a detailed analysis of types and categories of public grievances and the nature of
disposal by the States/UTs.
A total of 63,135 grievances were redressed by the States and Union Territories in June, 2025. The pendency
of grievances on the CPGRAMS portal stands at 2,05,465 grievances across the States/UTs for the month of
June, 2025. The Feedback Call Centre collected a total of 68,132 feedbacks in June, 2025, where, 28,892
feedbacks were collected from States/UTs
The report provides the data for new users registered on CPGRAMS through CPGRAMS Portal in the month
of June, 2025. A total of 58,502 new users registered for the month of June, 2025, with maximum
registrations from Uttar Pradesh (9,589 registrations).
The said report also provides the state-wise analysis on the grievances registered through Common Service
Centres in June, 2025. CPGRAMS has been integrated with the Common Service Centre (CSC) portal and is
available at more than 5 lakh CSCs, associating with 2.5 lakh Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs). A total of
5,880 grievances were registered through CSCs during the month of June 2025. It also highlights the major
issues/categories for which the maximum grievances were registered through CSCs.
