O.N. 203(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22, of the
Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that
following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. 434/MT-HP/2013(2) dated 19-12-2013 relating to
the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Maharashtra
namely :—
In column 2 of the table appended to the said notification, after the existing entries against item
39– Beed in column 1, the following corresponding entry shall respectively be added :—
