No. O-12027(11)/22/2018-ONG-II.—The following amendment and inclusion are made in English and Hindi
versions of this Ministry’s Notification No. O-32011/4/2013-ONG-I, dated 30th June, 2017 published in Part I Section 1 of
the Gazette of India on 8th July, 2017 related to Modalities for Operationalization of Hydrocarbon Exploration &
Licensing Policy (HELP):—
Inclusion
At S.No. 3.6(i) b & c under the heading Application Fee & Participation Bond/Bid Bond,
Add – Use Reserve Bank of India (RBI)/Financial Benchmarks India Pvt Ltd (FBIL) exchange rate of same day or
previous working day of issue of Bank Guarantee to convert USD figure in INR.
Amendment
At S.No. 7.2 (i) under the heading Bid Evaluation Period
For - DGH will endeavour to complete the bid evaluation as per criteria mentioned in para 7.3 below and award the block
within 45 days from the bid closing date.
