New Delhi, the 21st March, 2016
O.N. 16 (E).—The following corrections shall be made in the under mentioned Commission’s Notifications:-
1. In the Notification No. 282/DEL-WB/2016 dated 5th March, 2016, the words, figures and brackets “Section 9(c)
of the Representation of the People Act, 1950” shall be substituted and read as “Section 9(1)(c) of the Representation of
the People Act, 1950”.
2. In the Notification No. 282/DEL-WB/2016 dated 15th March, 2016, the words, figures and brackets “Section
9(c) of the Representation of the People Act, 1950” wherever occurring, shall be substituted and read as “Section 9(1)(c)
of the Representation of the People Act, 1950”.
