और मानक अजधजनयम, 2006 (2006 का संख याकं 34) की धारा 23 के साथ पठठत धारा 92 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (ट)
द्वारा प्रदत् त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए करना चाहती ह,ै करने के जलए इनके जिजनयमों का मसौदा इससे प्रभाजित हो
सकने िाले सभी व्य जियों की सूचना के जलए उक् त उप-धारा (2) की अपेक्षा के अनुसार एतदद्वारा प्रकाजित करती ह ै और
एतदद्वारा नोठटस ददया जाता ह ै दक उक् त मसौदा जिजनयमों पर उस जतजथ से साठ ददनों की अिजध समाप्त होने के बाद
जिचार दकया जाएगा, जजस जतजथ को इस अजधसूचना को प्रकाजित करने िाले राजपत्र की प्रजतयााँ जनता को उपलब्ध कराई
जाएाँगी।

1. इन जिजनयमों को ‘खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक (लेबललग और प्रदि न) संिोधन जिजनयम, 2021 कहा जा
सकता ह।ै
2. खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक (लेबललग और प्रदि न) जिजनयम, 2020 (जजन् ह ें एतद्पश् चात ् उक् त जिजनयम कहा
जाएगा), की,-
(1) अनुसूची-II के जिजनयम 1 के उप-जिजनयम (3) में क्रम संखया (1) के स्ट्थान पर जनम्न जलजखत रखा जाएगा,

F. No. Std/SP-08/A-1-2020/N-01.—The following draft of certain regulations to further to amend the Food
Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020, which the Food Safety and Standards Authority of
India,with previous approval of Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (k) of sub section
(2) of section 92 read with section 23 of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006)hereby published as
required by the said sub-section (2), for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is
hereby given that the said draft regulation shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of the period of sixty days
from the date on which the copies of the official Gazette in which this notification is published are made available to
the public;
Objections or suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Food Safety and
Standards Authority of India, FDA Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi-110002 or sent on email at
regulation@fssai.gov.in;
Objections or suggestions which may be received with respect to the said draft regulations before the expiry
of period so specified shall be considered by the Food Safety and Standards authority of India.
Draft Regulations
1. These regulations may be called the Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Amendment Regulations,
2021.
2. In the Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020 (herein after refer as said
regulations), -
(1) In Schedule II, in Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 1, for Serial Number (1), the following shall be
