Any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the expiry of the aforesaid period will be considered by the Central Government; 3. The objections or suggestions, if any, to these draft rules be sent to the Joint Secretary to the Government of India (Transport), Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Transport Bhawan, Parliament Street, New Delhi 110001 or at e-mail: js-tpt@nic.in, within the above specified period; Draft Rules 1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Motor Vehicles ( Amendment) Rules, 2017. (2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
