(cid:7286)उपाब(cid:7373) ह ै। 2. पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थितक संवदे ी जोन के िलए आचं िलक महायोजना – (1) रा(cid:6996)य सरकार, पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021) थितक संवेदी जोन के (cid:7079)योजन के िलए राजप(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) अिधसूचना के अंितम (cid:7079)काशन क(cid:7409) तारीख से दो वष(cid:6981) क(cid:7409) अविध के भीतर, (cid:7021)थानीय (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) के परामश (cid:6981) से, इस अिधसूचना म(cid:7286) सलं (cid:6991) न अनुबंध(cid:7298) के सामंज(cid:7021) य से आंचिलक महायोजना तैयार करेगी । (2) उ(cid:7334) योजना रा(cid:6996)य सरकार म(cid:7286) स(cid:6979)म (cid:7079)ािधकारी (cid:7367)ारा अनुमो(cid:7408)दत होगी । (3) पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021) थितक संवेदी जोन के िलए आचंिलक महायोजना इस अिधसूचना म(cid:7286) िविन(cid:7416)द(cid:7020) ट (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) ऐसी रीित म(cid:7286) रा(cid:6996) य सरकार तथा सुसंगत क(cid:7286)(cid:7076)ीय और रा(cid:6996) य िविधय(cid:7298) के सामंज(cid:7021) य म(cid:7286) भी तथा क(cid:7286)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार (cid:7367)ारा जारी माग(cid:6981)िनद(cid:7287)श, य(cid:7408)द कोई ह(cid:7298), (cid:7367)ारा तैयार होगी । (4) आंचिलक महायोजना सभी संब(cid:7373) रा(cid:6996) य सरकार के िवभाग(cid:7298) के परामश(cid:6981) से तैयार होगी, अथा(cid:6981)त्:-- (i) पया(cid:6981)वरण, (ii) वन, (iii) नगर िवकास, (iv) पय(cid:6981)टन, (v) नगरपािलका, (vi) राज(cid:7021) व, (vii) कृिष (ix) महारा(cid:7398) रा(cid:6996) य (cid:7079)दषू ण िनयं(cid:7074)ण बोड(cid:6981), (x) (cid:7410)सचाई (xi) लोक िनमा(cid:6981)ण िवभाग इसम(cid:7286) पया(cid:6981)वरणीय और पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थ ितक(cid:7409) िवचार(cid:7298) को समाकिलत करन ेके िलए िनब(cid:7304)धन अिधरोिपत नह(cid:7277) करेगी जब तक (cid:7408)क इस अिधसचू ना म (cid:7286) िविन(cid:7416)द(cid:7397) न ह(cid:7298) और आचंिलक महायोजना म (cid:7286) सभी अवसंरचना (cid:7408)(cid:7059)याकलाप(cid:7298) म (cid:7286) द(cid:6979)ता और पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थितक(cid:7409)य अनुकूलता का संवध(cid:6981)न करेगी । (6) आंचिलक महायोजना म(cid:7286) अना(cid:6994)छा(cid:7408)दत (cid:6979)े(cid:7074)(cid:7298) के जीण(cid:7299)(cid:7373)ार, िव(cid:7378)मान जल िनकाय(cid:7298) के संर(cid:6979)ण, आवाह (cid:6979)े(cid:7074)(cid:7298) के (cid:7079)बंधन, जल-संभर(cid:7298) के (cid:7079)बंधन, भू-जल के (cid:7079)बंधन, मृदा और नमी संर(cid:6979)ण, (cid:7021)थानीय समुदाय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) आव(cid:7019)यकता(cid:7312) तथा पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थितक(cid:7409) और पया(cid:6981)वरण से संबंिधत ऐसे अ(cid:7008)य पहल(cid:7312)ू , िजन पर (cid:7007)यान देना आव(cid:7019)यक ह,ै के िलए उपबंध ह(cid:7298)गे । (7) आंचिलक महायोजना (cid:6979)े(cid:7074)(cid:7298), ऊपजाऊ भूिम, ह(cid:7407)रत (cid:6979)(cid:7074)े जैसे उ(cid:7378)ान और उसी (cid:7079)कार के (cid:7021)थ ान, उ(cid:7378)ान कृिष (cid:6979)े(cid:7074), आ(cid:7416)कड(cid:7298), झील(cid:7298) और अ(cid:7008)य जल िनकाय(cid:7298) का अ(cid:7012)यकंन करेगी । (8) आंचिलक महायोजना पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थ ितक संवेदी जोन म (cid:7286) िवकास को पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थ ितक अनुकूल िवकास और (cid:7021)थ ानीय समुदाय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) जीवकोपाज(cid:6981)न को सुिनि(cid:7019) चत करत े (cid:7263)ए िविनयिमत होगी । 3. रा(cid:6996)य सरकार िचि(cid:7008)हत (cid:7408)कए गए आमोद-(cid:7079)मोद के (cid:7079)योजन के िलए िचि(cid:7008)हत (cid:7408)कए गए पाक(cid:7300) और खुले (cid:7021)थान(cid:7298) का वािणि(cid:6996)यक और औ(cid:7378)ोिगक संब(cid:7373) िवकास (cid:7408)(cid:7059)याकलाप(cid:7298) के िलए उपयोग या संप(cid:7407)रवत(cid:6981)न नह(cid:7277) होगा : परंत ु पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थितक संवेदी जोन के भीतर कृिष भूिम का संप(cid:7407)रवत(cid:6981)न मानीटरी सिमित क(cid:7409) िसफा(cid:7407)रश पर और रा(cid:6996)य सरकार के पूव(cid:6981) अनुमोदन से, (cid:7021)थानीय िनवािसय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) आवासीय ज(cid:7272)रत(cid:7298) को पूरा करन े के िलए और पैरा 4 क(cid:7409) सारणी के (cid:7021)तंभ (2) के अधीन (cid:7059)म सं0 10, 16, 22, 28 और 31 के सामने सूचीब(cid:7373) (cid:7408)(cid:7059)याकलाप(cid:7298) को पूरा करने के िलए अनु(cid:6980)ात ह(cid:7298)ग,े अथा(cid:6981)त ्:- (i) पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थितक अनुकूल पय(cid:6981)टन (cid:7408)(cid:7059)याकलाप(cid:7298) से संबंिधत पय(cid:6981)टक(cid:7298) के अ(cid:7021)थायी अिधभोग के िलए पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थितक अनुकूल कुटीर जैस े ट(cid:7289)ट, लकड़ी के मकान आ(cid:7408)द । (ii) िव(cid:7378)मान सड़क(cid:7298) को चौड़ा करना और सुदढ़ृ करना और नई सड़क(cid:7298) के संिनमा(cid:6981)ण । (iii) (cid:7079)दषू ण उ(cid:7004)प(cid:7382) न करन े वाले लघु उ(cid:7378)ोग, (iv) वषा(cid:6981) जल संचय, और (v) कुटीर उ(cid:7378)ोग(cid:7298) िजसके अंतग(cid:6981)त (cid:7061)ामीण उ(cid:7378)ोग, सुिवधाजनक (cid:7021)टोर और (cid:7021)थानीय सुख-सुिवधाएं सि(cid:7013)मिलत ह (cid:7289): परंत ु यह और भी (cid:7408)क रा(cid:6996)य सरकार के पूव(cid:6981) अनुमोदन तथा संिवधान के अनु(cid:6994)छेद 244 और त(cid:7004)समय (cid:7079)वृ(cid:7275) िविध के उपबंध(cid:7298) के अनुपालन के िबना, िजसके अंतग(cid:6981)त अनुसूिचत जनजाित और अ(cid:7008)य परंपरागत वन िनवासी (वन अिधकार(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) मा(cid:7008)यता) अिधिनयम, 2006 (2007 का 2) भी ह,ै वािणि(cid:6996)यक या उ(cid:7378)ोग िवकास (cid:7408)(cid:7059)याकलाप(cid:7298) के िलए जनजातीय भूिम का उपयोग अनु(cid:6980)ात नह(cid:7277) होगा : परंत ु यह और भी (cid:7408)क पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021) थितक संवेदी जोन के भीतर भू-अिभलेख(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) उपसंजात कोई (cid:7074)ु(cid:7407)ट मानीटरी सिमित के िवचार (cid:7079)ा(cid:7385) करन े के प(cid:7391)ात् रा(cid:6996)य सरकार (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)(cid:7004)येक मामल ेम(cid:7286) संशोिधत होगी और उ(cid:7334) (cid:7074)ु(cid:7407)ट के संशोधन क(cid:7409) के(cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार के पया(cid:6981)वरण, वन और जलवायु प(cid:7407)रवत(cid:6981)न मं(cid:7074)ालय को सूचना दने ी होगी । परंत ु यह और भी (cid:7408)क उपयु(cid:6981)(cid:7334) (cid:7074)ु(cid:7407)ट का संशोधन म(cid:7286) इस उप पैरा के अधीन यथा उपबंिधत के िसवाय (cid:7408)कसी भी दशा म(cid:7286) भू-उपयोग का प(cid:7407)रवत(cid:6981)न सि(cid:7013)मिलत नह(cid:7277) होगा : परंतु यह और भी (cid:7408)क ह(cid:7407)रत (cid:6979)े(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) जैसे वन (cid:6979)े(cid:7074), कृिष (cid:6979)(cid:7074)े आ(cid:7408)द म(cid:7286) कोई पा(cid:7407)रणािमक कटौती नह(cid:7277) होगी पुनन(cid:6981)वीकरण के िलए योजना को सि(cid:7013) मिलत (cid:7408)कया जाएगा और रा(cid:6996) य सरकार (cid:7367)ारा ऐसी रीित से माग(cid:6981)दशक(cid:6981) िस(cid:7373)ांत बनाए जाएंगे िजससे (cid:7408)क उन (cid:6979)े(cid:7074)(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) या इसके समीप िवकास (cid:7408)(cid:7059)याकलाप को (cid:7079)ितिष(cid:7373) (cid:7408)कया जा सके जो ऐसे (cid:6979)े(cid:7074)(cid:7298) के िलए हािनकराक ह(cid:7298) । (3) पयट(cid:6981) न – (क) पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थितक संवेदी जोन के भीतर पय(cid:6981)टन संबंधी (cid:7408)(cid:7059)याकलाप पय(cid:6981)टन महायोजना के अनुसार ह(cid:7298)गे जो आंचिलक महायोजना का भाग (cid:7272)प म (cid:7286)ह(cid:7298)गे । (ख) पय(cid:6981)टन महायोजना महारा(cid:7398) सरकार के पय(cid:6981)टन िवभाग (cid:7367)ारा महारा(cid:7398) सरकार के राज(cid:7021)व और वन िवभाग के परामश(cid:6981) से तैयार होगी । (ग) पय(cid:6981)टन संबंधी (cid:7408)(cid:7059)याकलाप िन(cid:7013) निलिखत के अधीन िविनयिमत ह(cid:7298)ग,े अथा(cid:6981)त ्:- (i) पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थितक संवेदी जोन के भीतर सभी नए पय(cid:6981)टन (cid:7408)(cid:7059)याकलाप(cid:7298) या िव(cid:7378)मान पय(cid:6981)टन (cid:7408)(cid:7059)याकलाप(cid:7298) का िव(cid:7021)तार के(cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार के पया(cid:6981)वरण, वन और जलवायु प(cid:7407)रवत(cid:6981)न मं(cid:7074)ालय (cid:7367)ारा जारी (समय-समय पर यथा संशोिधत) माग(cid:6981)िनदेश(cid:7298) तथा रा(cid:7020) (cid:7069)ीय (cid:7018) या(cid:7062) संर(cid:6979)ण (cid:7079)ािधकरण, (cid:7367)ारा जारी प(cid:7407)र-पय(cid:6981)टन (cid:7408)दशा िनदश(cid:7287) (cid:7298) के अनुसार होगा िजसम(cid:7286) पा(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थितक पय(cid:6981)टन, Extent and Boundaries of Eco-sensitive Zone.- (1) The Eco-Sensitive Zone is spread over an area of 3.68 square kilometres with an extent up to 100 metres from the boundary of Sagareshwar Wildlife Sanctuary. (2) The map of the Eco-sensitive Zone along with latitude and longitude is appended as Annexure I. (3) The Eco-sensitive Zone is spread across 9 villages in Sangli District of Maharashtra. (4) The list of the villages falling within Eco-sensitive Zone is appended as Annexure II. 2. Zonal Master Plan for the Eco-sensitive Zone.- (1) The State Government shall, for the purpose of the Eco- sensitive Zone prepare, a Zonal Master Plan, within a period of two years from the date of publication of final notification in the Official Gazette, in consultation with local people and adhering to the stipulations given in this notification. (2) The said Plan shall be approved by the Competent Authority in the State Government. (3) The Zonal Master Plan for the Eco-sensitive Zone shall be prepared by the State Government in such manner as is specified in this notification and also in consonance with the relevant Central and State laws and the guidelines issued by the Central Government, if any. (4) The Zonal Master Plan shall be prepared in consultation with all concerned State Departments, namely:- (i) Environment, (ii) Forest, (iii) Urban Development, (iv) Tourism, (v) Municipal, (vi) Revenue, (vii) Agriculture (viii) Maharashtra State Pollution Control Board, (ix) Irrigation (x) Public Works Department for integrating environmental and ecological considerations into it. (5) The Master Plan shall not impose any restriction on the approved existing land use, infrastructure and activities, unless so specified in this notification and the Zonal Master Plan shall factor in improvement of all infrastructure and activities to be more efficient and eco-friendly. (6) The Zonal Master plan shall provide for restoration of denuded areas, conservation of existing water bodies, management of catchment areas, watershed management, groundwater management, soil and moisture conservation, needs of local community and such other aspects of the ecology and environment that need attention. (7) The Zonal Master Plan shall demarcate all the existing worshipping places, village and urban settlements, types and kinds of forests, agricultural areas, fertile lands, green area, such as, parks and like places, horticultural areas, orchards, lakes and other water bodies. (8) The Zonal Master Plan shall regulate development in Eco-sensitive Zone as to ensure Eco-friendly development for livelihood security of local communities. 3. Measures to be taken by State Government.-The State Governments shall take the following measures for giving effect to the provisions of this notification, namely:- (1) Land use.- Forests, horticulture areas, agricultural areas, parks and open spaces earmarked for recreational purposes in the Eco-sensitive Zone shall not be used or converted into areas for commercial or industrial related development activities: Provided that the conversion of agricultural lands within the Eco-sensitive Zone may be permitted on the recommendation of the Monitoring Committee, and with the prior approval of the State Government, to meet the residential needs of local residents, and for the activities listed against serial numbers 10, 16, 22, 28 and 31 in column (2) of the Table in paragraph 4, namely:- (i)(cid:32) Eco-friendly cottages for temporary occupation of tourists, such as tents, wooden houses, etc. for Eco- friendly tourism activities;¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3 (ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 13 (ii) Widening and strengthening of existing roads and construction of new roads; (iii) Small scale industries not causing pollution; (iv) Rainwater harvesting; and (v) Cottage industries including village industries, convenience stores and local amenities: Provided further that no use of tribal land shall be permitted for commercial and industrial development activities without the prior approval of the State Government and without compliance of the provisions of article 244 of the Constitution or the law for the time being in force, including the Scheduled Tribes and other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 (2 of 2007): Provided also that any error appearing in the land records within the Eco-sensitive Zone shall be corrected by the State Government, after obtaining the views of Monitoring Committee, once in each case and the correction of said error shall be intimated to the Central Government in the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change: Provided also that the above correction of error shall not include change of land use in any case except as provided under this sub-paragraph. Provided also that there shall be no consequential reduction in green area, such as forest area and agricultural area and efforts shall be made to reforest the unused or unproductive agricultural areas. (2) Natural Springs.-The catchment areas of all natural springs shall be identified and plans for their conservation and rejuvenation shall be incorporated in the Zonal Master Plan and the guidelines shall be drawn up by the State Government in such a manner as to prohibit development activities at or near these areas as which are detrimental to such areas. (3) Tourism.- (a) The activity relating to tourism within the Eco-sensitive Zone shall be as per Tourism Master Plan, which shall form part of the Zonal Master Plan. (b) The Tourism Master Plan shall be prepared by Department of Tourism-Government of Maharashtra in consultation with Department of Revenue and Forests, Government of Maharashtra. (c) The activity of tourism shall be regulated as under, namely:- (i) all new tourism activities or expansion of existing tourism activities within the Eco-sensitive Zone shall be in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Central Government in the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change and the eco-tourism guidelines issued by National Tiger Conservation Authority, (as amended from time to time) with emphasis on eco-tourism, eco-education and eco-development and based on carrying capacity study of the Eco- sensitive Zone; (ii) new construction of hotels and resorts shall not be permitted within the Eco-sensitive Zone except for accommodation for temporary occupation of tourists related to Eco-friendly tourism activities: (iii) till the Zonal Master Plan is approved, development for tourism and expansion of existing tourism activities shall be permitted by the concerned regulatory authorities based on the actual site specific scrutiny and recommendation of the Monitoring Committee. (4) Natural Heritage.- All sites of valuable natural heritage in the Eco-sensitive Zone, such as the gene pool reserve areas, rock formations, waterfalls, springs, gorges, groves, caves, points, walks, rides, cliffs, etc. shall be identified and preserved and plan shall be drawn up for their protection and conservation, within six months from the date of publication of this notification and such plan shall form part of the Zonal Master Plan. (5) Man-made heritage sites.- Buildings, structures, artefacts, areas and precincts of historical, architectural, aesthetic, and cultural significance shall be indentified in the Eco-sensitive Zone and plans for their conservation shall be prepared within six months from the date of publication of this notification and incorporated in the Zonal Master Plan. (6) Noise pollution.- The Environment Department of the State Government shall draw up guidelines and regulations for the control of noise pollution in the Eco-sensitive Zone in accordance with the provisions of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (14 of 1981) and the rules made thereunder. (7) Air pollution.- The Environment Department of the State Government shall draw up guidelines and regulations for the control of air pollution in the Eco-sensitive Zone in accordance with the provisions of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (14 of 1981) and the rules made thereunder. (8) Discharge of effluents.- The discharge of treated effluent in Eco-sensitive Zone shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (6 of 1974) and the rules made thereunder. (9) Solid wastes. - Disposal of solid wastes shall be as under:-14 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] (i) the solid waste disposal in Eco-sensitive Zone shall be carried out as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 2000 published by the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests (cid:118)(cid:100)(cid:105)(cid:101) notification number S.O. 908 (E), dated the 25th September 2000 as amended from time to time; (ii) the local authorities shall draw up plans for the segregation of solid wastes into biodegradable and non-biodegradable components; (iii) the biodegradable material shall be recycled preferably through composting or vermiculture; (iv) The inorganic material may be disposed in an environmental acceptable manner at site identified outside the Eco- sensitive Zone and no burning or incineration of solid wastes shall be permitted in the Eco-sensitive Zone (10) Bio-medical waste.- The bio-medical waste disposal in the Eco-sensitive Zone shall be carried out as per the provisions of the Bio-Medical Waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 1998 published by the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests (cid:118)(cid:100)(cid:105)(cid:101) Notification number S.O. 630(E), dated the 20th July, 1998 as amended from time to time. (11) Vehicular traffic. - The vehicular movement of traffic shall be regulated in a habitat friendly manner and specific provisions in this regard shall be incorporated in the Zonal Master Plan and till such time as the Zonal master plan is prepared and approved by the Competent Authority in the State Government, the Monitoring Committee shall monitor compliance of vehicular movement under the relevant Acts and the rules and regulations made thereunder. (12) Industrial Units.- (a) No establishment of new wood based Industries within the proposed Eco-sensitive zone shall be permitted except the existing wood based Industries set up as per the Law. (b) No establishment of any new Industry causing water, air, soil, noise pollution within the proposed Eco-sensitive zone shall be permitted. 4. List of activities prohibited or to be regulated within the Eco-sensitive Zone.- All activities in the Eco sensitive Zone shall be governed by the provisions of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and the rules made thereunder and be regulated in the manner specified in the Table below, namely:- TABLE S.No. Activity Remarks (1) (2) (3) Prohibited Activities 1. (a) No new commercial construction of any kind shall be permitted within the Eco-sensitive Zone: Provided that, local people shall be permitted to undertake construction in their land for their residential use including the activities listed in sub paragraph (1) of paragraph 3. (b) The construction activity related to small scale industries not causing pollution shall be regulated and kept at the minimum, with the prior permission from the Competent Authority as per applicable rules and regulations, if any. (c) construction activity in the Eco-sensitive Zone shall be as per Zonal Master Plan 12. Felling of trees. (a) There shall be no felling of trees on the forest or Government or revenue or private lands without prior permission of the Competent Authority in the State Government; (b) the felling of trees shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the concerned Central or State Act and the rules made thereunder. Monitoring Committee:- (1) The Central Government hereby constitutes a Monitoring Committee, for effective monitoring of the Eco-sensitive Zone, which shall comprise of the following namely:- (a) District Collector, Yavatmal – Sangli – Chairman; (b) a representative of Non-governmental Organizations working in the field of environment (including heritage conservation) to be nominated by the Government of Maharashtra for a term of one year in each case – Member; (c) one expert in the area of ecology and environment to be nominated by the Government of Maharashtra for a term of one year in each case- Member; (d) Regional Officer, Maharashtra State Pollution Control Board, - Member; (e) Senior Town Planner of the area - Member; (f) representative of Department of Environment, Government of Maharashtra – Member; (g) Divisional Forest Officer, Sangli –Member Secretary 6. Terms of Reference: (1) The Monitoring Committee shall monitor the compliance of the provisions of this Notification. (2) The activities that are covered in the Schedule to the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests number S.O. 1533 (E), dated the 14th September, 2006, and are falling in the Eco-sensitive Zone, except for the prohibited activities as specified in the Table under paragraph 4 thereof, shall be scrutinized by the Monitoring Committee based on the actual site-specific conditions and referred to the Central Government in the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change for prior environmental clearances under the provisions of the said notification. (3) The activities that are not covered in the Schedule to the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests number S.O. 1533 (E), dated the 14th September, 2006 and are falling in the Eco-sensitive Zone, except for the prohibited activities as specified in the Table under paragraph 4 thereof, shall be scrutinised by the Monitoring Committee based on the actual site-specific conditions and referred to the concerned Regulatory Authorities.¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3 (ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 17 (4) The Member Secretary of the Monitoring Committee or the concerned Collector(s) or the concerned park Deputy Conservator of Forests shall be competent to file complaints under section 19 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 against any person who contravenes the provisions of this notification. (5) The Monitoring Committee may invite representatives or experts from concerned Departments, representatives from Industry Associations or concerned stakeholders to assist in its deliberations depending on the requirements on issue to issue basis. (6) The Monitoring Committee shall submit the annual action taken report of its activities as on 31st March of every year by 30th June of that year to the Chief Wildlife Warden of the State as per pro forma appended at Annexure III. (7) The Central Government in the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change may give such directions, as it deems fit, to the Monitoring Committee for effective discharge of its functions. 6. The Central Government and State Government may specify additional measures, if any, for giving effect to provisions of this notification. 7.
