(1) सजं िप्त नाम एव ं प्रारंभ.—(1) इन जनयमों को के्‍द्रीय मोटर यान (... ... .. संिोधन) जनयम, 2020 कहा िाएगा। (2) इन जनयमों में इस बात के होते हुए भी, ये जनयम सरकारी रािपत्र म ें उनके अंजतम प्रकािन की जतजथ को लाग ू होंगे। 2. केंद्रीय मोटर यान जनयम, 1989 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश् चात ् उक्त जनयम कहा गया ह)ै म ें जनयम 14 म,ें उप-जनयम (2) के जलए जनम्नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट्थ ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथागत:्- (2) “अंतरराष्‍टर ीय इवाइ वग लाइसेंस के जलए www.parivahan.gov.in पोटगल के माध्य म से प्रारूप 4ए म,ें ऑनलाइन आवेदन दकया िाएगा और इस के साथ भरा िाएगा- (क) इन जनयमों के तहत लाइसें सग प्राजधकारी द्वारा िारी वैध इवाइ वग लाइसेंस; (ख) जनयम 32 म ेंजवजनर्ददष्‍ट ट उजचत िल्ु क; (ग) आवेदक के तीन हाल के पासपोटग साइि के फोटो; (घ) भारतीय राष्ट्रीयता का वैध प्रमाण; (ड.) पासपोटग का वैध प्रमाण;” 3. उक्त जनयम म,ें जनयम 32 म,ें सारणी में, क्रम सं. 5 के जलए तथा उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजष्‍टट यों के स्ट् थान पर जन‍न जलजखत प्रजवजष्‍टट यां अंत:स्ट्थ ाजपत की िाएंगी, अथातग ्:- “5. अंतरराष्‍टर ीय इवाइ वग लाइससें एक हिार रु. 14(2)(ख) 9” परजमट िारी करने के संबंध म ें भारतीय जमिन/ पोस्ट्ट के माध्यम से आवेददत आवेदन के मामले में समाप्त आईडीपी रखने वाले जवदेिी नागररक स े दो हिार रु. अजतररक्त जलया िाएगा 4. उक्त जनयम म,ें प्रारूप 4ए म,ें आवेदक द्वारा सारणी के जववरण में भरा िाएगा, (क) क्रम सं. 4 म ें तथा उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजष्‍टट यों के स्ट् थान पर जन‍न जलजखत प्रजवजष्‍टट यां अंत:स्ट् थाजपत की िाएंगी, अथागत:्- (ग) मोबाइल ……………………………. [फा. सं. आरटी-11036/55/2020–एमवीएल] जप्रयांक भारती, संयुक् त सजचव नोट : मलू जनयम 2 िून 1989 की अजधसूचना संख् या सा. का. जनयम 590(अ.) के तहत भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खड 3, उप-खंड (i) में प्रकाजित दकए गए थ े और अंजतम बार ददनांक ............. की अजधसूचना संख् या सा. का. जन. .....(अ) के तहत संिोजधत दकए गए थे। MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 7th October, 2020 G.S.R. 624(E).—The following draft rules further to amend the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, which the Central Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 and section 27 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of section 212 of the said Act for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules shall be taken into consideration after expiry of a period of thirty days from the date on which the copies of this notification as published in the Official Gazette, are made available to the public; Objections or suggestions which may be received from any person in respect to the said draft rules before the expiry of the aforesaid period shall be considered by the Central Government. Draft Rules 1. (1) Short title and commencement.—These rules may be called the Central Motor Vehicles (…………………… Amendment) Rules, 2020. (2) Save as otherwise provided in these rules, they shall come on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 (herein after referred as the said rules), in rule 14, for sub- rule (2), the following shall be substituted, namely: - “(2) An application for an International Driving permit shall be made online through the portal www.parivahan.gov.in in Form 4A and shall be accompanied by — (a) valid driving licence issued by the licensing authority under these rules; (b) appropriate fee as specified in rule 32; (c) three copies of the applicant's recent passport photograph; (d) valid proof of Indian Nationals; (e) valid proof of passport; ”.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. In the said rules, in rule 32, for in the table, for sl. No. 5 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely: - “5. In respect of issue of One thousand rupees 14(2)(b) 9” International Driving Permit Additional fee of Rupees Two thousand shall be levied in case the applicant has applied online through Indian Mission/ Post abroad from a foreign nation having expired IDP. 4. In the said rules, in Form 4A, in the Table under Particulars to be furnished by Applicant, (a) in serial number 4 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted:- (c) Mobile ……………………………. (d) Email Id ……………………………..” (b) for serial number 11 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted:- (a) Have you been disqualified for obtaining a driving license to drive? If so, for what reason? (d) Have you been barred by the current country to drive in that country? If so, for what reason? (c) for serial number 15, the following shall be substituted: - “15. Present address where I wish to collect my IDP, (applicable only in case if applicant is applying from a Foreign Country after expiry of IDP issued during his current stay)……………………………………………………………”.
