Any person having any objection/suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection / suggestion in writing to the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, ‘B’ Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi-110023 within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this Public Notice. The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his/her name and address in addition to telephone No./ contact number and e-mail ID which should be legible.

Proposed Modification:

Location Area Land use as per Land use Boundaries MPD-2021 and changed to ZDP of Zone –E (prepared under

2021) Shastri Park, New Delhi, 19800 sq.m Recreational Public and North: 30 m. ROW road as falling in Planning Zone- Semi-Public per ZDP of Zone-E. ‘E’ South: District Centre as per ZDP of Zone-E.

East: Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital

West: 30 m. ROW road as per ZDP of Zone-E.

The text /Plan indicating the proposed modifications shall be available for inspection at the office of Deputy Director (MP), Delhi Development Authority, 6th Floor, Vikas Minar, I.P. Estate, New Delhi on all working days during the period referred above. The text/plan indicating the proposed modifications is also available on DDAs website i.e.
