By virtue of the resolution dated 11.01.2022, Hon’ble Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Former Chief Justice, Patna High Court and Hon’ble Mrs. Justice Anjana Mishra, Former Judge, Patna High Court were appointed as Observer and Co-Observer for the Elections for the post of Chairman and Vice-Chairman, Bar Council of India. Mr. D. P. Dhal, Co-Chairman, Bar Council of India and Executive Chairman, Bar Council of India Trust- PEARL FIRST presided over the meeting of the General Council held on 6th February, 2022 for the election for the post of Chairman and Vice-Chairman, Bar Council of India. Election for the post of Chairman and Vice-Chairman, Bar Council of India Nomination on 06.02.2022 Mr. Manan Kumar Mishra, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court filed his nomination for the post of Chairman, Bar Council of India, in five different sets of nomination with different proposers and seconders and none of the other Members showed any interest in contesting the election for the post of the Chairman of the Bar Council of India, nor any other member filed the nomination for the post of Chairman of Bar Council of India.
