NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th January, 2022 F. No. BCI:D:70/2022.—The General Council of Bar Council of India considered the report dated 2nd of January, 2022 submitted by Mr. Ashok Pandey, Joint Secretary of Bar Council of India, as the Returning Officer for the election of Member-Representative to Bar Council of India from the State Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

As per the report, Mr. Jaibhave Jayant Dattatray was declared elected unanimously in the election held on 02.01.2022 as Member, Bar Council of India from the State Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

And the General Council also considered the report dated 9th January, 2022 of Mr. Srimanto Sen, Secretary of Bar Council of India, as Returning Officer for the election of Member - Representative to Bar Council of India from the State Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh. As per the report Dr. Amit Vaid was declared elected unanimously in the election held on 09.01.2022 as Member, Bar Council of India from the State Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh.

This Council resolves to accept both the reports and directs the office to take steps for publication of these results in the official Gazette.
