(1) इस आिेि को तरलीकृत पेरोजलयम गैस (आपूर्तच और जवतरण का जवजनयमन) संिोधन आिेि, 2026 कहा िाएगा। (2) यह आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ेंइसके प्रकािन की तारीख स ेलागू होगा। 2. उि आिेि म,ें उप-खडं (4) के तहत खंड 3 के अतं गतच , जनम्नजलजखत क्रमांक संख्या और प्रजवजियााँ डाली िाएंगी, अर्ाचत:् (5) पाइप्ड प्राकृजतक गैस कनक्े िन तर्ा घरेलू एलपीिी िोनों ही कनेक्िन रखने वाला कोई भी व्यजि, घरेल ू एलपीिी कनेक्िन नहीं रखगे ा, या दकसी भी सरकारी तेल कंपनी से अर्वा उनके जवतरकों के माध्यम से घरेल ू एलपीिी जसलडें रों का ररदिल नहीं प्राप्त करेगा। ऐस ेव्यजियों को जिनके पास िोनों ही रूप में कनेक्िन ह,ैं को अपन े घरेलू एलपीिी कनेक्िन को तत्काल वाजपस करना होगा। (6) पाइप्ड प्राकृजतक गैस कनेक्िन रखने वाला कोई भी व्यजि, घरेलू एलपीिी कनक्े िन प्राप्त नहीं करेगा, या दकसी भी सरकारी तले कंपनी से अर्वा उनके जवतरकों के माध्यम स ेघरेल ूएलपीिी जसलेंडरों का ररदिल नहीं लेगा। 1853 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 3. उि आििे में अनुसूची-1 म ेंक्रमांक संख्या 13 के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत क्रमांक संख्या और प्रजवजियााँ प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ाचत:् - जनजषद्ध कायचकलाप (सरकारी तले कंपजनयों के जलए) “13. घरेलू तरलीकृत पेरोजलयम गैस कनेक्िन प्रिान करना, और/अर्वा घरेलू तरलीकृत पेरोजलयम गैस जसलेंडर ररदिल की आपूर्त च करना, जिनके पास पहल े से ही पाइप्ड प्राकृजतक गैस कनेक्िन ह।ैं [िा. सं. पी-एम-13017(11)/3/2026-एलपीिी-पीएनिी] रमेि कृष्णा, अवर सजचव नोट—मुख्य अजधसूचना भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग ll, खंड 3, उप-खडं (i) क्रमांक िी.एस.आर. 487 (ई) द्वारा दिनांक 26 अप्रलै , 2000 को प्रकाजित की गई र्ी और बाि म ें क्रमांक िी.एस.आर. 177 (ई) दिनांक 6 माचच, 2002, क्रमांक िी.एस.आर. 730 (ई) दिनाकं 22 नवंबर, 2007, क्रमांक िी.एस.आर.. 655 (ई) दिनांक 10 जसतंबर, 2009, क्रमांक िी.एस.आर.452 (ई) दिनांक 26 मई, 2010, क्रमाकं िी.एस.आर.718 (ई) दिनांक 26 जसतंबर, 2011, क्रमांक िी.एस.आर. 647(ई) दिनांक 22 अगस्ट्त, 2012, क्रमांक िी.एस.आर.791 (ई) दिनांक 25 अक्टूबर, 2012, क्रमांक िी.एस.आर. 781(ई) दिनांक 16 दिसंबर 2013 और क्रमांक िी.एस.आर. 721(ई) दिनांक 14 अक्टूबर 2014 म ेंसंिोजधत की गई र्ी। MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th March, 2026 S.O. 1333(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 2000, namely:— 1. (1) This Order may be called the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Amendment Order, 2026. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the said order, under clause 3, after sub clause(4), following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely: (5) No person having a Piped Natural Gas connection and also having domestic LPG connection shall retain a domestic LPG connection, or take refills of domestic LPG cylinders from any Government oil company, or through their distributors. Such persons will be required to immediately surrender their domestic LPG connection. (6) No person having a Piped Natural Gas connection, shall obtain a domestic LPG connection, or take refills of domestic LPG cylinders from any Government oil company, or through their distributors. 3. In the said order, in Schedule-I, for serial number 13, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:— Prohibited Activities (for Government Oil companies) “13. Providing a domestic Liquefied Petroleum Gas connection, and/or supplying domestic Liquefied Petroleum Gas cylinder refills to a consumer who already owns a Piped Natural Gas connection. [F.
