Commencement: These amendments shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette. 2. The 2nd Para of Schedule may be read as “ The Fee shall be collected at one location, km 268.632 near Dhule for the total Project stretch and there shall be no other Toll Plaza in this stretch” instead of “The fee shall be collected at two locations, km 356.715 near Chandwal and km 268.632 near Dhule.” 3. In Notes 1(iii) of the Schedule, after the words “part of the said section”, the words “without crossing more than one of the toll plazas” shall be omitted. 4. In Notes 1(iv) of the Schedule, after the words “routinely on the said section”, the words “without crossing more than one of the Plazas” shall be omitted. 5. Note 5 of the Schedule shall be omitted. 6. Note 6 of the Schedule shall be substituted as under: For The Concessionaire shall not collect fees from Local Personal Traffic and Local Commercial Traffic in excess of the following discounted rates, namely:- (a) Local Personal Traffic: 12.50% Twelve and half per cent of the applicable fees for the specific category of vehicle. (b) Local Commercial Traffic: 25% Twenty Five per cent of the applicable fees for the specific category of vehicle. As The Concessionaire shall not collect fees from Local Personal Traffic and Local Commercial Traffic in excess of the following discounted rates, namely:- (a) Local Personal Traffic: 25% Twenty Five per cent of the applicable fees for the specific category of vehicle. (b) Local Commercial Traffic: 50% Fifty per cent of the applicable fees for the specific category of vehicle. 7. The length of the project stretch is 118.158 km. [F.
