NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th February, 2019
S.O. 850(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed here to as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from
the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of stretch of land specified in the
corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to district, taluka and villages mentioned in column (5),
(6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule for builing (widening/6/8 laning, etc.), mainenance, mangement and
operation of the Vadodara Mumbai Expressway in the State of Maharashtra.

Acquisition of Land in respect of Vadodara Mumbai Expressway SPUR to NH-4B on the stretch from Km. 18.925 Km.
