New Delhi, the 29th January, 2026
S.O. 525(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section (2) of Section 8 read with Section 9
of the National Dairy Development Board Act, 1987 (37 of 1987), the Central Government hereby
nominates
(i) Shri Shirsat Kapil Ashok as Director from amongst the Chairmen of the State Co-operative Dairy
Federations on the Board of National Dairy Development Board for a period of One year from the date of
notification OR upto the period as Chairman, Bihar State Cooperative Milk Producers' Federation Limited
OR till further orders whichever is earlier.
(ii) Shri Ram Avtar Garg as Director from amongst the Chairmen of the State Co-operative Dairy
Federations on the Board of National Dairy Development Board for a period of One year from the date of
notification OR upto the period as Chairman, Haryana Dairy Development Co-operative Federation Ltd.
