ग्रेड में 10 िषश की जनयजमत प्राप्त द्वारा सेिा की हो और दकसी भी (ii) जिभाग में उप सजचि या व्यजक्तयों के (अल्पकाजलक क्षेत्रीय चारा केंर से चारा उपायुक्त - सिस्ट्य; जलए भी िो संजििा सजहत) उत्सपािन ि जिस्ट्तार में िो सप्ताह िषश। (iii) संबंजधत प्रभाग के अिर का प्रजिक्षण भी सफलतापूिशक सजचि या केंरीय सरकार के सीधे भती दकया है। कायाशलय के अिर सजचि की रैंक दकए िान े रटप्पण: िहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ का कोई अन्य रािपजत्रत िाले व्यजक्तयों के संबंध में, जिन्होंन े अजधकारी- सिस्ट्य। व्यजक्तयों के अपनी अहकश या पात्रता सेिा जलए रटप्पण: समूह 'ख' जिभागीय पुजि सजमजत पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नजत के जलए पररिीक्षा को (पुजि पर जिचार करने के जलए) जिचार दकया िा रहा हो, िहा ं सफलतापूिशक जिसमें जनम्नजलजखत िाजमल है:- उनके जलए ज्येष्ठ व्यजक्तयों के पूणश करने संबंध में भी जिचार दकया (i) जिभाग में जनिेिक या संयुक्त हेतु, केंरीय िाएगा परंतु यह तब िब दक आयुक्त- अध्यक्ष; सरकार द्वारा उसके द्वारा की गई दकसी ऐसी (ii) जिभाग में उप सजचि या यर्ा अहकश या पात्रता सेिा, अपेजक्षत संचाजलत उपायुक्त - सिस्ट्य; अहकश या पात्रता सेिा के आध े न्यूनतम िो (iii) संबंजधत प्रभाग के अिर से अजधक से या िो िषश से, इनमें सप्ताह दक से िो भी कम हो, कम न हो सजचि या केंरीय सरकार के अिजध का और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ कायाशलय के अिर सजचि की रैंक अजनिायश व्यजक्तयों सजहत, जिन्होंने ऐसी का कोई अन्य रािपजत्रत प्रिेि अहकश या पात्रता सेिा पहले ही अजधकारी- सिस्ट्य। प्रजिक्षण पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच्चतर होगा| श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पररिीक्षा की अिजध सफलतापूिशक पूरी कर ली हो। प्रजतजनयुजक्त (अल्पकाजलक अनुबंध सजहत): केंर सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रिासन या जिश्वजिद्यालयों या पजब्लक से‍टर उपक्मों या मान्यता प्राप्त अनुसंधान संस्ट्र्ाओं या जिश्वजिद्यालयों या क़ानूनी या स्ट्िायि संगठनों के अजधकारी: (क) (i) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या जिभाग में जनयजमत आधार पर सििृ पि धारण दकया हो; या (ii) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या जिभाग में िेतन मैरर‍स में स्ट्तर4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] -5 (रु. 29200-92300/-) में या समतुल्य में जनयजमत आधार पर पि पर जनयुजक्त के पश्चात छह िषश की सेिा की हो; या (iii) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या जिभाग में िेतन मैरर‍स में स्ट्तर-4 (रु. 25500-81100/-) में या समतुल्य में जनयजमत आधार पर पि पर जनयुजक्त के पश्चात िस िषश की सेिा की हों; और (ख) िो स्ट्तंभ (7) के अधीन जिजहत िैक्षजणक योग्यता और अनुभि रखते हों। रटप्पणी 1: पोषक प्रिगश के जिभागीय अजधकारी िो पिोन्नजत की सीधी पंजक्त में हैं, प्रजतजनयुजक्त पर जनयुजक्त के जिचार दकये िान े के पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुक्त व्यजक्त प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजक्त हेत ु जिचार दकये िान े के पात्र नहीं होंगे। नोट 2: प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अिजध, जिसके अंतगशत केंरीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जिभाग में इस जनयुजक्त से ठीक पहले धाररत दकसी अन्य काडर- बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अिजध है, सधारणतया तीन िष श से अजधक नहीं होगी। नोट 3: प्रजतजनयुजक्त िारा जनयुजक्त के जलए अजधकतम आय-ुसीमा आिेिन प्राप्त होने की अंजतम तारीख को, छप्पन िषश से अजधक नहीं होगी। [फा. सं. ‍यू-14047/1/2022-प्रिा._6] डॉ. ओ.पी.चौधरी, अिर सजचि MINISTRY OF FISHERIES, ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND DAIRYING (Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th May, 2024 G.S.R. 279(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Senior Technical Assistant at Regional Station for Forage Production and Demonstration and Central Fodder Seed Production Farm, Hessarghatta, Bengaluru (Group “B” Post), Recruitment Rules, 2012 in so far as they relate to the post of the Senior Technical Assistant, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Technical Assistant in the Regional Fodder Stations, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Regional Fodder Stations (Senior Technical Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. – No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Note 2: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
