The powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Govt., hereby makes the following amendment in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2106 (E).
This notification, S.O. 2227(E), issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on August 14, 2015, introduces an amendment to notification S.O. 2106(E) dated September 8, 2012, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Subsection ii, on the same date. namely:—
In the Schedule to the said notification,
1) Against Column 4 relating to District Pali, against column (5) related to Taluk “Jaitaran”, under column (7),
after the entry “(13) Chawandiya” the entry “(14) Ratanpura” and “(15) Chak Patus” shall be inserted.
