NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th August, 2015
S.O. 2226(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India, in the Ministry Road Transport and Highways, number S.O., 2407 (E) dated 17th September,
2014, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 17th September 2014,
namely:--
In the schedule (English & Hindi version) of the aforesaid notification at page no. 18 of English and page No. 8
of Hindi version against village Chak Mandal Bandhah under column No.5, for the entry “543”, the entry “243” shall be
substituted.
(ii) At page No. 18 of English and page No. 9 of the Hindi version against village Ladkhan urf Nayagaon under
column No.5 for the entry “42” the entry “439/44,440/44” shall be substituted.
(iii) At page No. 19 of English and page No. 9 of the Hindi version against village Ladkhan urf Nayagaon under
column No.5 the following entries shall be substituted as indicated against each:-
