1. (1) इन िनयम(cid:31) को क)2ीय िसिवल सेवाएं (अवकाश) ि(cid:24)तीय संशोधन िनयमावली, 2014 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये िनयम सरकारी राजप- म ) इनके (cid:25)काशन क9 तारीख से (cid:25)वृ(cid:27) त ह(cid:31)गे।
2. क)2ीय िसिवल सवे ाएं (अवकाश) िनयमावली, 1972 म,) िनयम 43-ग म,) उप-िनयम (3) म-)

New Delhi, the 9th October, 2014
G.S.R. 711(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 read with clause (5) of article
148 of the Constitution and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India in relation to persons4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]
serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the
Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Leave) Second Amendment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972, in rule 43-C, in sub-rule (3),-
(i) clause (ii) shall be omitted; and
(ii) clause (iii) shall be re-numbered as clause (ii).
