S.O. 995 (E).—The President, on the recommendations of the committee constituted under sub-section
(3) of section 12 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005), is pleased to appoint Ms. Amita Pandove as
the Information Commissioner in the Central Information Commission with effect from the afternoon of
6th March, 2020.
2. The terms and conditions of her appointment shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the
Right to Information Act, 2005 and the Right to Information (Term of Office, Salaries, Allowances and Other
Terms and Conditions of Service of Chief Information Commission, Information Commissioners in the Central
Information Commission, State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioners in the
State Information Commission) Rules, 2019.
