Urgent Criminal Matters during Summer Vacation, 2017.

1.In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 10(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1974, the Sessions
Judge, Chennai Division makes the following arrangements for attending Urgent Criminal Work during Summer Vacation,
2017(01-05-2017 to 31-05-2017).
2.Thiru M. Gomathinayagam, XV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be incharge of Criminal Work
during Summer Vacation from 01-05-2017 to 31-05-2017.
3.The Vacation Sessions Judge will hold sittings on Wednesdays in every week during the vacation for the
disposal of urgent Criminal Matters.
4.The Sheristadar, City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai will look after the administrative work during Summer
Vacation, 2017.
Procedure for the Receipt and Disposal of Urgent Criminal Matters during Summer Vacation, 2017.
5.All urgent applications, Criminal Appeals, etc., shall be received only on every Tuesdays from 11a.m to2.00 p.m.
The matters will be taken up by the Vacation Sessions Judge for orders only on every Wednesdays at 10.30 a.m.
Applications and other matters shall not be presented at the residence of the Vacation Sessions Judge.
6.In all Bail Applications, including the applications for Anticipatory Bail, Notice shall be given to the City Public
Prosecutor before filing the papers in Court and necessary endorsements shall be obtained from the City Public
Prosecutor.
7.Clear and authenticated typed copies of the Judgements should be filed whenever certified copies are not easily
decipherable.
8.In all cases wherein notices are to be issued, sufficient number of copies of memorandum of grounds, petitions

1.Notice is hereby given that the City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai will be closed for the Summer Vacation,
2017 for the period from 01-05-2017 to 31-05-2017 (Both days inclusive).
2.Tmt. K. Vijaya, XVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be the Civil Vacation Judge from
01-05-2017 to 15-05-2017.
3.Tmt. K.S. Jayamangalam, XII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be the Civil Vacation Judge from
16-05-2017 to 31-05-2017.
4.The Civil Vacation Judges will sit in Court on Thursdays in each week during Vacation to dispose of only urgent
matters.
5.The Sheristadar, City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai will look after the administrative work during Summer
Vacation, 2017.
6.During Vacation, no Plaints, Appeals, Petitions or other papers will be received by the Vacation Civil Judge
except urgent Petitions, Plaints and Appeals. The urgent Petitions, Plaints and Appeals will be received only on
Wednesdays (except 31st May 2017) every week between the hours 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
Under no circumstances Plaints, Appeals, Petitions or other papers will be received by the Office on any other
days. Plaints, Appeals, Petitions or other matters shall not be presented at the residence of the Civil Vacation Judge.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O. Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban
Development [UD4(1)] department, dated 12th June 2009, which has published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
(Issue No.27), Part-II-Section-2, Page 228, dated 15th July 2009, of the following variations are made to the Chithode
New Town Development Plan approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development
department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/1204/99, page 516, Part II-Section-2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated
27th October 1999.
VARIATION
In the said New Town Development Plan in “Annexure -C” under the heading “Land use of Chithode New Town
Development Plan” in the Tabular Column.
(i) In “Annexure-X” under the heading “VI Agricultural use Zone” against “A-4, 61, Suriyampalayam Village”.

(Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) Government in the order G.O. (2D) Ms. No. 41, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)]
Department, dated 28-03-2017 has permitted to change of land use of Survey numbers making the following variation
to the master plan for the Tiruvallur Local Planning Area, approved in G.O.Ms.No. 353, H & UD (UD 4-2) Dept,

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for Mamallapuram Local Planning area

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu Hereby makes the following variations
to the Master Plan for Mamallapuram Local Planning Area approved Under the said Act and Published with the
Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)HOU/501/2013 at page 481 of part II - Section 2 of
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.28, dated the 17th July 2013
VARIATIONS
In the said Master Plan, in the Development Control Regulation, after regulation, after regulation 6, the following
regulation shall be inserted, namely:-
“6A - (i) Regulation of unit size and eligible additional Floor Space Index for the dwelling units meant for EWS,
Low Income Group and Middle Income Group categories.
