The Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints Section Head (Employee Services Admin.), of the National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, a statutory authority, and equivalent to the rank of a Gazetted Officer of the Government of India.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th April, 2015
S. O.1190(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises
(Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government
hereby appoints Section Head (Employee Services/Admin.), of the National Thermal Power
Corporation Limited, a statutory authority, and equivalent to the rank of a Gazetted Officer
of the Government of India, to be the Estate Officer, and for that purpose makes the
following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry
of Power number S.O. 1748, dated the 16th November, 2014, namely:—
2. In the said notification, in the Table, for serial number 1 and the entries relating
thereto, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"1. Section Head (Employee All premises belonging to or taken on lease by
Services/Admin.), National Thermal National Thermal Power Corporation Limited and
Power Corporation Limited, under the administrative control of its Ramagundan
Ramagundam Super Thermal Power
Super Thermal Power Station, PO Jyothinagar, District-
