S.O. 2173 (E).—In pursuance of the provisions of rule 10 of the Indian Veterinary Council Rules, 1985,
made in exercise of the power conferred by section 4 read with clause (g) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Indian
Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984), the Returning Officer hereby makes the following amendment in the
Order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of FISHERIES, ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND DAIRYING,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-Section (ii) vide number S.O. 2124(E), dated
the 29th June, 2020, namely:-
In the said Order, in Page 4, for the words, figures and letters
“c) Last date for withdrawal of candidature. 5.07.2020 (Monday) 5:00 PM
in the office of the Returning Officer
