2.
य े (cid:15)विनयम 01 अूैल, 2014 से लागू ह:गे।
3.
(cid:15)विनयम 16 म5 िनBनिलCखत उप-(cid:15)विनयम (क) को शािमल Hकया जाएगाः-
“(i) कोई कमचJ ारK जो पLरवीMाधीन हो अथवा उOचतर ौणे ी म5 आरCBभक मेड म5 ःथानाप-न Tप म5 कायरJत हो, उस े
सामा-यतः उस मेड म5 पLरवीMा-अविध पूण Jहोने पर ःथायी Hकया जाएगा, बशत Uउसे ःथायी पद पर ःथायीकरण
हेत ुउपयु9 पाया गया हो।
(ii) कमचJ ारK के उOचतर मेड म5 ःथायीकरण क1 आवँयकता तब तक नहKं होगी, जब तक वह उसी ौणे ी म5 बना रहे।”

NOTIFICATION
Lucknow, the 2nd July, 2014
“The Small Industries Development Bank of India (Staff) [Amendment] Regulations, 2014”
F No. HRV No. 1773/Staff General (2).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 52
of the Small Industries Development Bank of India Act, 1989 (39 of 1989), the Board of Directors of the Small Industries
Development Bank of India hereby makes the following amendments to the Small Industries Development Bank of India
(Staff) Regulations, 2001, namely:-
1. These Regulations may be called the Small Industries Development Bank of India (Staff) [Amendment] Regulations,
2014.
2. These Regulations shall come into force with effect from April 01, 2014.
3. After Regulation 16 the following Regulation 16(A) shall be inserted:-
16 (A) “(i) An employee on probation or officiating in an initial Grade in a higher Class will ordinarily be confirmed
in that Grade on completion of probation period subject to his/her being found suitable for confirmation against a
permanent post.
(ii) No further confirmation in any higher Grade will be required of the employee till that employee continues to be in
the same Class of the service.”
4. The existing sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 25 shall be substituted with the following:-
“(2) An employee who has been appointed to officiate in a higher Class or appointment, or whose confirmation in a
higher Class or appointment is subject to the employee undergoing probation for any specified period or otherwise,
shall be liable to be reverted without notice at any time, when the employee is so officiating or undergoing
probation.”
