(1) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Fifth Amendment Regulations, 2014. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of cadre Strength) Amendment Regulations, 2014. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2007, in Schedule II,- (i) in Part A relating to posts carrying pay above the senior scale of pay of the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments, in the table,– (a) for the entry “Andhra Pradesh” occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted, namely:— “Andhra Pradesh Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Rs.80000/-(fixed) Forest Force) Principal Chief Conservator of Forests HAG+Rs.75500/- (Annual increment @ 3%)-Rs.80000/- Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests HAG Scale – Rs. 67000/- (annual increment not exceeding 3%) 79000/- Chief Conservator of Forests PB-4 + GP Rs.10000/- Conservator of Forests PB-4+ GP Rs. 8900/-’’, (b) after the entry “Tamil Nadu” appearing in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be inserted, namely:- “Telangana Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Rs.80000/-(fixed) Forest Force) Principal Chief Conservator of Forests HAG+Rs.75500/- (Annual increment @ 3%)-Rs.80000/- Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests HAG Scale – Rs. 67000/- (annual increment not exceeding 3%) 79000/- Chief Conservator of Forests PB-4 + GP Rs.10000/- Conservator of Forests PB-4+ GP Rs. 8900/-’’, (ii) in Part B relating to posts carrying pay in the senior scale of the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments including posts carrying special allowance in addition to pay, in the table,— (a) for the entries occurring under “Andhra Pradesh”, the following shall be substituted, namely:— “Deputy Conservator of Forests”; (b) after the entry “Tamil Nadu”, the following shall be inserted, namely:-30 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] “TELANGANA Deputy Conservator of Forests”.
