(1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Pension) Amendment Rules, 2015. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972, in Form 5, under the heading “Check List of Documents to be submitted along with Form 5”, after serial number 8 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely:— “9.
