रसायन,, रसायन, और सहायक रसायन,) भत/ िनयम, 2015 ह।ै
(ii) ये राजप8 म4 (cid:28)काशन क9 तारीख को (cid:28)वृC ह!गे।
2. ललललाााागगगग ूूूूहहहहोोोोननननाााा.—ये िनयम इससे उपाब: अनुसूची के Gत भं (1) म 4 िविनHद(cid:11)ट पद! को लाग ू ह!गे ।

िलए जो कारण ह,< उ(cid:25) ह 4लेखब: करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग स े परामश > करके, इन िनयम! के (cid:4)कसी उपबंध को (cid:4)कसी वग >
या (cid:28)वग> के T यिJय! क9 बाबत, आदशे (cid:27)ारा िशिथल कर सकेगी।

(cid:6)(cid:6)(cid:6)(cid:6)टटटट(cid:8)(cid:8)(cid:8)(cid:8)पप पप णणणण 2222---- जहI ऐसे किन@ GिHय(cid:28) के संबंघ म*, िज"ह(cid:28)ने अपनी अहक$ या पा9ता सेवा पूरी कर ली ह,ै %ो2ित के िलए िवचार (cid:21)कया जा रहा हो, वहां
उनके ?ये@ GिHय(cid:28) के संबंध म* भी िवचार (cid:21)कया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब (cid:21)क उसके 3ारा क’ गई ऐसी अहक$ या पा9ता सेवा, अपेि(cid:31)त अहक$ या
पा9ता सेवा के आधे से अिधक से या दो वष$ से, इनम* से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उ"ह(cid:28)ने अपने ऐसे किन@ GिHय(cid:28) सिहत, िज"ह(cid:28)ने ऐसी अहक$
या पा9ता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली उKतर <ेणी म* %ो2ित के िलए अपनी प.रवी(cid:31)ा क’ अविध सफलतापूव$क पूरी कर ली हो ।

तारीख से िजससे छठे के"8ीय वेतन आयोग क’ िसफा.रश(cid:28) पर आधा.रत पुनरीि(cid:31)त वेतन संरचना का िवOतार (cid:21)कया गया ह,ै िनयिमत आधार पर क’
गई सेवा को वेतन आयोग क’ िसफा.रश(cid:28) पर आधा.रत िवOता.रत तPOथानी (cid:17)ेड वेतन या वेतनमान पर क’ गई सेवा समझी जाएगी ।¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
%ितिनयुि(cid:27)त :::: के"8 ीय या रा?य सरकार(cid:28) या संघ रा?य (cid:31)े9(cid:28) के अधीन ऐसे अिधकारी :-
(क) ( i) जो मूल काडर या िवभाग म* िनयिमत आधार पर सदशृ पद धारण (cid:21)कए Sए ह:< या
( ii) िज"ह(cid:28)ने मूल काडर या िवभाग म* वेतन ब(cid:14)ड-2 ; 9300- 34800:. + (cid:17)ेड वेतन 4200 :. या समतुTय म* िनयिमत आधार पर िनयुि(cid:27)त के
पUच ात उस <ेणी म* पांच वष$ सेवा क’ ह,ै और
(ख) िजनके पास िनVिलिखत शैि(cid:31)क अहत$ ाएं तथा अनुभव हो :-
( i) (cid:21)कसी मा"य ता%ाWत िवUव िवXालय या संOथ ा से रसायन िव7ान म* माOट र िड(cid:17)ी ;
( ii) वै7ािनक और औXोिगक अनुसंधान प.रषद (सी एस आई आर) िव7ान और %ौXोिगक’ िवभाग (डी एस टी) या अयOक और खिनज के रसायिनक
िव[ेषण करने वाले कोई अ"य ऐसे संगठन जैसे (cid:21)कसी मा"यता %ा\ %योगशाला 3ारा (cid:21)कसी अनुसंधान %योगशाला से अयOक और खिनज के
रसायिनक िव[ेषण म* दो वष$ का अनुभव हो।
(cid:6)(cid:6)(cid:6)(cid:6)टटटट(cid:8)(cid:8)(cid:8)(cid:8)पपपपणणणण 1111- पोषक %वग$ के ऐसे िवभागीय अिधकारी, जो %ो2ित क’ सीधी पंिH म* ह,ै %ितिनयुिH/ आमेलन के आधार पर िनयुिH के िलए िवचार (cid:21)कए
जाने के पा9 नह; ह(cid:28)गे । इसी %कार %ितिनयुH GिH %ो2ित 3ारा िनयुिH के िलए िवचार (cid:21)कए जाने के पा9 नह; ह(cid:28)गे ।
(cid:6)(cid:6)(cid:6)(cid:6)टटटट(cid:8)(cid:8)(cid:8)(cid:8)पपपपणणणण 2222- %ितिनयुि(cid:27)त क’ अविध, िजसके अंतग$त क*8ीय सरकार के उसी या (cid:21)कसी अ"य संगठन या िवभाग म * इस िनयुि(cid:27)त से ठीक पहले धा.रत
(cid:21)कसी अ"य काडर वा] पद पर %ितिनयु(cid:27)त क’ अविध ह ैसाधारणतया तीन वष$ से अिधक नह; होगी।
(cid:6)(cid:6)(cid:6)(cid:6)टटटट(cid:8)(cid:8)(cid:8)(cid:8)पपपपणणणण 3333- %ितिनयुि(cid:27)त 3ारा िनयुि(cid:27) त के िलए अिधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन %ाWत करने क’ अंितम तारीख को 56 वष$ से अिधक नह; होगी ।

क*8ीय वेतन आयोग क’ िसफा.रश(cid:28) पर आधा.रत पुनरीि(cid:31)त वेतन संरचना का िवOत ार (cid:21)कया गया ह,ै िनयिमत आधार पर क’ गई सेवा को, िसवाय
उस दशा के, जहां एक से अिधक पूव$ पुनरीि(cid:31)त वेतनमान का साधारण (cid:17)ेड वेतन या वेतनमान सिहत एक <ेणी म* िवलय हो गया ह ैऔर वहां यह लाभ
केवल उस पद (उन पद(cid:28)) पर िवOत ा.रत होगा िजसके िलए (cid:17)ेड वेतन या वेतनमान िबना (cid:21)कसी उ"न यन का साधारण %ितOथ ापन (cid:17)ेड ह ैउ(cid:27)त वेतन
आयोग क’ िसफा.रश(cid:28) पर आधा.रत िवOत ा.रत तPO थ ानी (cid:17)ेड वेतन या वेतनमान म* क’ गई सेवा समझी जाएगी।

G.S.R. 457(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
supersession of the Indian Bureau of Mines, Superintending Chemist, Senior Chemist, Chemist, Assistant Chemist,
Recruitment Rules, 2003 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such suppression, the President
hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Superintending Chemist, Senior
Chemist, Chemist and Assistant Chemist in the Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines
(Superintending Chemist, Senior Chemist, Chemist and Assistant Chemist) Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.—The number of the said posts, their
classification and the pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to
(4) of the said Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and
other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification. – No person -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts :
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such persons and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it
may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,
relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to
be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in
accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible
for consideration for appointment on deputation/absorption
