NOTIFICATION The draft of the following rules further to amend the Mysore (Personal and Miscellaneous) Inam Abolition Rules, 1956, which the Government of Karnataka, proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Mysore (Personal and Miscellaneous) Inams Abolition Act, 1954, (Mysore Act 1 of 1955) is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of section 38 of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after expiry of fifteen days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. Any objection or suggestion, which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above, will be considered by the State Government. Title and Commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Mysore (Personal and Miscellaneous) Inam Abolition (Amendment) Rules 2021. (1)R.N.I. No. KARBIL/2001/47147 POSTAL REGN. Amendment of rule 7.- In the Mysore (Personal and Miscellaneous) Inam Abolition Rules, 1956, in rule 7, in sub-rule (1), in the second proviso, for the figures and words "after 28th day of February, 1970", the words and figures “after the expiry of one year from the date of commencement of the Mysore (Personal and Miscellaneous) Inam Abolition (Amendment) Rules, 2021” shall be substituted.
