3(ख) य%द iकसी भी समय उनक(cid:22) यो(cid:133)यता के सबं ंध म@ उनके (cid:16)वारा भेजा गया कोई भी (cid:14)माणप(cid:25) या द8तावेज ठ(cid:134)क नह(ं पाया
